I have always enjoyed using transparent beads, and when I decided to try out the Peyote Stitch using Delica Beads I went for the transparent colors. I tried using fishing line with them, but this turned out to be no good. So I asked Billie of Wicked Oak Designs to bead up one of my patterns using the usual beading thread. And here it is... Love on a Snowy, Cloudy Day If you look closly at the above image, you will be able to see where the string was tied off along the edges, but in the below image you do not see it... Love on a Bright, Sunny Day After I found that I was unable to use fishing line with these patterns, I went to Wal-mart in search of beading thread. I did not find any there, but I did find Transparent Nylon Thread .005 (AKA Invisible Thread). I tried it and it worked perfectly with the delica beads, so I now do all my peyote/delica pattern with it.
