Sorry guys, kind of forgot about this page. Since my last writing, several new patterns by Cynthia have been added to the site. I have created a new line of doilies, now there are hexagon and round doilies.

Presently there is one new round doily pattern up. Soon there will be two more available. I also have one special round doily design that will, for now, be displayed at TheBeadCoop.com only. It is in their Pattern of the Month collection.

Been quite busy lately. I have teamed up with Cynthia Chamblee, and together we are working on a large number of new beaded suncatchers.

I have been in a reading mode, as of late, and have not done much with beads, patterns, or the web site. This, however, did not prevent the creation of new patterns. My (almost) 9 year old daughter wanted her turn at creating patterns and, with a little help from mom, was able to create 26 new Crystal bead suncatcher patterns for you to enjoy.

What a busy time it has been here, with lots of changes.

The last couple of weeks have been quite trying. First my daughter got a cold. This is not much except that she kept waking me up in the middle of the night. Then we got a dog. We have endured Crate Training, Potty Training and Long Walks to remove some of the excess energy. Then to top it all off, I got my daughter's cold.

However, with all that, I am happy to say that I was still able to create some Crystal Bead Suncatcher patterns. Click Here to see these new patterns.

Also, I have found a new supplier for the 4mm plastic faceted beads I use in my patterns, Bolek's Craft Supplies. They carry all the colors I use, plus a few more. This is good new, as I will not be sell the plastic faceted bead here once I run out of the supply I now have. Bolek's will be a great place for me, as well as my customers, to get the beads we need.

Work In Progress - New image added. In between site redesign, writing new tutorials, and pattern designing, I have been able to also work a little on my large Christmas tree piece. I have now put up an image so that you can see my progress.

I will be out of town again May 11th thru May 16th. I will respond to all e-mails and fill all orders, that come in during this time, when I return.

One advantage to having too much going on and no time to create new patterns is...

I am finally getting some of my old ideas out and made into patterns. The last couple of months I was about to put up my Tile Patterns. Now I am working up some beaded curtain ideas I have had laying around for a while. You can now find a few of these patterns on my Beaded Curtains page.

I have decided not to raise my prices back up to the original prices, but leave them as they are and just add a small Handling Fee to all online orders. This will enable you to purchase my patterns at a great price and still give me what I need to cover cost.

I have put up the new patterns I had planned to put up at the beginning of this month. Please visit my New Patterns page to see them.

Instead of raising all my prices back up, I have decided to just add a small Handling Fee to all online orders as of April 1st. This will enable you to still purchase the patterns at a great price and I will get the little extra I need to cover costs. For most patterns, even if you buy just 1, you will still be saving. (The only exception are the Small Suncatcher patterns, you will need to buy two to get the same price as before.)

I am also leaving the beads at the Sale price. So I hope you enjoy these low prices.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and is ready for the New Year.

During the Christmas break, I was able to get quite a lot of work done. The entire site has now been updated with the new design, all pattern prices have been set to the sale price, and I put up 12 new Small Suncatcher Tile patterns. Each with 16 color variations.

These Tile Patterns have been sitting on my computer for a year and I figured it was about time to get them on the site. I have another 6 that I will be putting up next month. Click here to see all the new Tile patterns.

Yesterday my daughter asked me for my beaded crosses, candy canes and snowflakes. I gladly let her have them, and a few minutes later she asked me to come look at the tree. She did a great job decorating it. (To see a full image, please Click Here.)

Recently I was looking at my site's records and noticed that it has been online since December 2001. That's 5 years this December! To celebrate, I am having a 5 Years Online Pattern Sale. All Download Prices are being reduced for this sale. One way you can tell if a page has been updated for the sale, is it will have an image announcing the sale on it.

My daughter is always asking for way to make patterns, so I recently created bead quilt squares for her and let her enjoy creating patterns. We even did it for art class one day and the end result was over 125 new Small Suncatcher patterns. She is quite excited about having so many patterns on the site=:)

Hope everyone is keeping cool.

My family and I had a great time, the weather was actually decent where we went. We were able to do everything we wanted and come home a few days early. It was great.

Just before I left, I got a request for Celtic Knots. I had been looking into this, but had not had time to really do anything with it. Well, when I get a request, I make time. So watch for several Celtic Knot patterns to go up August 1st.

Is everyone's summer as busy as mine?

I have gotten 80% of the site renovated. I hope to be completely done by the end of the year. My next goal is the Gallery pages. Keep an eye out for some new eye candy that has just been waiting for me to put it up.

Some Price Changes. I had hoped my pattern sales would be equal to my bead sales, however, the beads have turned out to be quite popular. Therefore, my hopes of covering some of the cost with pattern sales has been diminished. So I am upping the prices of the beads slightly so that they can take care of themselves.

I am glad to see that they are popular, and hope that you will still find my prices competitive with other places.

I'm Back. I am back, and I am working on my new patterns. Hopefully they will be up by September 1st. I am a little behind on the instructions for finishing. But if you have been working with FacetedBeadArt for a while, you will have no trouble figure this out.

Hi Everyone! I have been so busy writing coding for the site, that I forgot to come here and chat a little.

Well, the site is pretty much done. Just touch up here and there, but the bulk of the work is done and I can get back to designing and beading.

Coming Next Month - A whole Zoo of animals. I am presently working on 25 animal patterns to include: Koala, Polar Bear, Zebra, Wolves, Horses, Dogs & Cats. So keep your eyes open.

This ideas was brought to me by my friend, Tammy Chevalier. I have placed her patterns here, as they are FacetedBeadArt. They use the same beads and stitch as my Mural/Suncatchers and are a lot of fun to put together.
